    This is gr8 for any starter or snack to give a little tasty zing. I use this for tge potatoes medallions with a slice of smoked salmon or tinned mackerel.. very yummy.

    This mustard is so tasty and goes well with so many kinds of dishes. I made a salad dressing with it. It goes well with all of the meat and plant-based balls if you don't want or can't have the gravy.

    Sweet and savoury

    Marinated salmon has a long history in Sweden. As early as the 1600´s, salmon was put in a hole in the ground and then covered, slowly fermenting for a very typical taste. Nowadays, however, it is marinated by being put in a salt, sugar and dill solution for a couple of days. It is often eaten with SÅS SENAP & DILL (sauce for salmon), a sweet and savoury mustard sauce. SÅS SENAP & DILL can also be served with other dishes such as crab, shrimps, marinated meat, ham, or as a salad dressing.
